Oh it's a dutch name, yeah that's pronounceable. In english we just don't pronounce "oe" the same way as you dutch do. Instead of "oo" sound it's pronounced like a hard "E" or a hard "O" depending. When I learned dutch (I taught myself intermediate/conversational dutch but I haven't spoken it in at least 6 years, I'm awful at it) that was one thing that was always a bit annoying to me.

no i definitely know more than that. Dutch is p easy except some of the germanic-like sentence structure, a lot of the words are pronounced the same way as english or spelled almost entirely the same. I may reteach myself one of these days, but god damn I'm lazy.

One word I had trouble with was "duidelijk". like wtf, my dutch friend pronounced it with an R while every other time I hear it it's not pronounced with an R it's just fuckin weird, even google translate says it with an R.
