You got to download runescape. You got to download TOR. You got to have paypal.

Ok, now. You have to start TOR browser, and buy like 500M RSGP, after the transaction is completed and you log out of paypal, you'll notice your paypal being blocked because of "logged in with invalid IP". Now all you've got to do is get your paypal back and fill in chargeback report and you've made €250,- :3
