I watched the entire replay and I must say Crawly pretty much dominated the entire fight and had total control over what happend in the fight. There for I would say that Crawly won fair and square.

Even I say that even though I don't like crawly one bit lol.

But yea when I look at the rules I see this: ''No mental mass spam''. Personally I think it is hard to determ what spamming really is when it comes to gunz.

Gunz is taken over by massive haters.

Ever since Crawly and Kae left gunz (the old rulers of the european gladiators) Callum tried to take over. But yea how to do that when he sucks at blocking massives?? Callum decided to make an epic plan which he probably doesn't really realise yet to start an Anti Massive menace

Call's anti massive menace is slowly taking over gunz. Why does he feed the people with the nonsense that massives are bad ?? Just because he doesn't like them and can turn the entire fight upside down!!


My own experience with Callums anti massive menace:

When I am on a random char and fight someone and beat the crap out of him while using 2 or 3 massives they instantly rage at me because I apperently massive spammed.
But when I join the game with GokuLowClass and fight the same person and pull the same trick on him with the 2 or 3 massives he won't say a thing. Cause hey I am gokulowclass I am a big shot I can get away with it because I am so supa cool.

So yea you can see that people are getting just discriminated by the ''Anti massive Menace''.

But hey now look at it from the other way around. There are people who like to use slash alot instead of massives like Crawly. You can think of people like Sumai and Callum. Isn't it true when you look at it and compare it with the massives that you also could consider it as plain spamming ?

Same with blocking. You got people like gimp and wrum who like to block alot. When I look at it with the anti massive logic then I would also consider that as spamming cause yea they use block alot.

well the way jeff taught me was that massive spamming sucked, as it leaves too many openings for the opponent to get easy hits, which we also passed on to cal. You gota say it is annoying when some noob does alot of damage purely by luck spamming 9000 massives

I would define massive spamming if for instance your opponent throws 10 massives a round, hitting with 3 of them. If the opponent throws 2 or 3 and hits with all of them... you cannot really call that spam.

I will agree it's ridiculous what people classify as spamming these days even if i am dominating them with offence and throw a couple of unavoidable massives people start to cry.

back in 07-09 usually you would hit 2-3 massives a round and noone cared about it. people only talk such shit since EU sever came around.

i would give ent the win cus well, he's clearly the better player should be at the top somewhere

This is correct. It means that the player who throws the massive is taking a risk.
If it connects he gets a chance to turn the fight around. If it doesn't he will get hurt for it.

I am not okay with people comparing massives to flips and peddle however.

yes i agree. it is a gameplay choice like you say. clearly there is a difference bewteen controlled massives and random spam, just like any aspect of the game.

I think for instance when someone like Huy just spams shit and throws millions of massives per round is when it starts to get annoying. when he hits 4 massives and 1 slash and im dead :'(.

but when they start bragging about being so dam good i get anoiied very easily every time i end up in one of the 1000 massives thats thrown -.- escpecially in spars

i think massives are overpowered against noobs like me and are just as lame as turtling against someone who just learned what bf is and is trying it out

in a spar id like people not to massive at all and in a team glad room like 6 max

Well the first garbage statement is that you are gokulowclass and you are a big shot..

You also talk about some sort of "anti massive menace", but anyone who is (really) good can clearly see why taking the offense using massives shows such little skill compared to a fight using no massives which is 100% skill based on taking the offense.

Next is that allowing people to play the game in a way that they want. Okay so let's all flip and pedal and massive spam and be bad!

Use three massives per game, if you have bad control fire 2 so you have room for an accident.
