I don't get it why people are surprised if someone use Explorer. Speed issues? Version is 8.0 here. It have nothing to do with explorer since it is only euglads that keep doing this for meh.

From my experience, web developers dislike IE because you have to write different javascript code to support simple stuff, for instance handling events or doing xmlhttp requests (and much more).

Also, IE has been notorious for flipping the finger at web standards and rendering stuff as it pleases, often times forcing developers to write separate CSS styles for IE (and different versions of IE) so that their site layout doesn't break.

Users, on the other hand, generally dislike IE for just being slow. IE is also infamous for its many vulnerabilities (versions 6 and 7 mostly) and for the lack of customization (extensions, skins, profiles)

Slow, umm, I feel no difference using Explorer or, for example, Opera. WELL, I GUESS IT IS BECAUSE MY COUNTRY IS 4TH AT THE LIST OF COUNTRIES WITH THE FASTEST INTERNET, AND YOU GUYS ARE SLOW, HIGH FIVE!
